The 2005 Legacy is a special car, and gets a special key. This key will work in your 2002-2005 WRX, Forester, or Legacy. Have it cut at your local hardware or auto parts store. Note: 2005+ WRX STi, 2006+ Legacy GT, and 2006+ WRX have an immobilizer system that uses a special key with a computer chip in it. This key will not work on those cars! (Actually, you could remove the immobilizer chip from your existing key and attach it to the new key, or hang it on your keyring. But we do not endorse such creative behavior...and don't blame us if you break it.)
Fits USDM cars. May not fit cars outside the US market.
