We see a lot of older cars missing these trays. This tray lives between the battery and the frame and protects the car from the corrosive acid from the battery should it leak.
On GD (2006-2007) cars, the original tray came with a notch for the J-hook; this one does not have that. You might want to drill a hole or make a notch with a rotary/Dremel type tool to acommodate the J-hook.
