Note: This radiator is intended for manual transmission vehicles only. If you have an automatic transmission, you MUST use an auxiliary trans cooler to use this radiator.

Note 2: The radiator comes with a Mishimoto radiator cap pre-installed. We prefer to use the . Caution: If you do choose to use the provided Mishimoto radiator cap, it should replace the stock cap located on the expansion tank. The stock cap attached to the radiator should be installed on the Mishimoto radiator. The Mishimoto radiator cap is a two-way valve, while the stock radiator cap is a one-way valve. Due to the difference in construction, the Mishimoto cap cannot be used on the radiator. If the Mishimoto cap is fit on the radiator, overheating may occur.

Two hose nipple fittings are provided. Use the small fitting for: 2008–2009 Subaru WRX, 2008–2021 Subaru STI. Use the large fitting for: 2010–2014 Subaru WRX, 2005–2009 Subaru Legacy GT/Outback XT, 2009–2013 Subaru Forester XT.

Fits all 2008-2014 manual-transmission WRX and 2008-2022 STI, plus manual-transmission 2005-2009 Legacy GT/Outback XT.
